📋 Logistics & Planning
Electricity: To encourage conservation, power is metered and charged at cost. (Averages range from $100–$600/week depending on AC usage). The meter is read at check-in and check-out.
Cleaning: A $500 fee covers cleaning during your stay and a deep-clean post-checkout.
VIP Arrival: For direct bookings of 5+ nights, we include airport transportation for your group (one car/van). We can also help arrange private chefs, diving, fishing charters, and massages.
